Here is a slice of music for everyone who needs a little more peace in their day. When I performed this, this past spring- it was right after Russia initially invaded Ukraine. I was near tears the entire performance (as you can hear the catch in my throat near the end) because the world just seems more and more agitated with more and more unrest. As I got around to watching/editing the piece from this concert to post today...I feel the same feelings tenfold and the same desire to pray for peace. I hope to do everything I can to help refugees and those displaced by evil and war...and we need to help heal each other. There's this really great organization I recently found in Chicago. Here is their facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/152284822064409 The Pie Jesu texts means: "Blessed Jesus grant them rest". I know that Christ's atonement is there for us. For each one of us. Even in our darkest moments. It not only grants us peace and forgiveness for our wrongdoings...it is also there for us to carry us through pain and sorrow, even from the wrongdoings of others.

(and for singers, there's more to life than your voice box!) You're capable of helping and healing others. 2. Feel Empowered to bust out of the proverbial "box" made of societally-induced-parameters. 3. Be Bold. Innovate. Stretch yourself. You can do anything if you set your mind to it. "THINK
